The following trading terms and conditions concern all products provided by SEFOELI. Please read the trading terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders.

Order and delivery

SEFOELI maintain a low stock level at all time. Therefore if the product is in stock, it will be dispatch the next day, unless the order is placed on a public holiday. If so, the order will be shipped the following weekday.

Otherwise, the customer will receive a notification by email regarding the expected production time of the product ordered.

Production time is considered to be 3-5 working days.

SEFOELI delivers on every weekday, if the product is in stock.

Orders are shipped with GLS. As soon as the order is dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number.

Delivery of the product will usually take place within 1-3 working days after shipment.

SEFOELI will not be held responsible for any damages occurring during shipment.


SEFOELI receives payment by credit/debit card and process via Stripe.

Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and are inclusive of 25% VAT.

All transactions carried out on the site between SEFOELI and customers residing outside of Denmark are governed by these trading terms and conditions.

Right of cancellation

A 14-day full right of cancellation is provided on standard items purchased from our webshop. This period is counted from the day the customer receive the order confirmation.

The customer covers the return costs.

In the return notification, the customer must clearly state the wish to use its right of cancellation.

SEFOELI does not cover freight costs on return after using the right of cancellation. The customer covers the freight costs.

Return agreement

The product must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. You are liable for any deterioration, if any should occur during the return shipment.

If we estimate that the product has been used, altered or damaged, the right of cancellation will not be approved.

In order to receive the full amount of the purchase, the product must be in the same condition as upon receipt.

Scratches and/or other damages applied to the product by visual inspection are considered a significant deterioration and will be considered as used – therefore the right of cancellation will not be approved.


A 24-month warranty is granted under the Danish sales law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to defects or damages committed by improper handling of the product.

The customer must contact us within a reasonable time, which is within 1 month after finding the defect/defects.

SEFOELI will cover the return costs of the warranty.

However, note that SEFOELI is not obliged to provide a similar product since the product may have been withdrawn or is no longer available at the time of the complaint.

Privacy policy

All personally sensitive information is used solely for the dispatch of the order.

SEFOELI confirms that information is not sold or disclosed to third parties.

Limitations of liability

SEFOELI reserves the right to modify the trading terms and conditions from time to time.

Please note that all pictures on the website should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact product appearance and characteristics. The color nuances may vary from the pictures seen on the website. This is because we, at SEFOELI, produce the products with recycled bicycle inner tubes and recycled textile, having been washed or used in different ways. Therefore the product may differ in appearance at the point of delivery and may change upon washing.

SEFOELI is not obliged to provide a product that will reproduce the exact appearance of pictures on the website and takes no responsibility for products changing as a result of usage.

Even if we try to ensure that all descriptions, stock and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price or stock level of any product that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

In the event of errors in the stock level, SEFOELI reserves the right to correct this. This means that if a product in SEFOELI’s collection has been altered, withdrawn or otherwise is no longer available, SEFOELI is not obliged to provide such a product even though the customer ordered the same. The same will occur if a product should be claimed under warranty conditions.
